Celebrating A Legacy of Quality Care and Uncompromising Integrity for years
For years, people throughout North Louisiana have counted on Trinity Home Health Care to provide professional and compassionate home health care. As the largest locally owned home health company in the area that provides both doctor-ordered nursing and therapy services, Trinity Home Health Care has a unique commitment to provide the finest care to patients and their families.
That commitment of caring for the elderly began in 1967 in Oak Grove, Louisiana. It was the moment when a little boy's grandfather moved in with his family. His grandfather, Ed Luschen, known as "Pops", had a heart condition that kept him from staying home alone. For 9 years, he had the opportunity to spend time with Pops, usually sitting on the front porch listening to his stories. Because of those special times, Pops left him with enduring memories, lifelong lessons, and sweet stories to share with others.
In 1976, Pop's heart condition had progressed and his family had to put him in a nursing home because they could no longer give him the care he needed. At that time, there were no options that they knew of for home care. Before the year ended, Pops passed away.
Today, that little boy, Danny Jones, still talks about his time with Pops - going fishing, sitting on the tailgate at the end of a turn row - the things they got to do are some of his best childhood memories. The wisdom, the stories, and the life experiences that Pops shared with Danny is one of the reasons why he helped start Trinity Home Health Care. He wants everyone to be able to spend time with their loved ones at home and also have those wonderful memories of their grandparents as he does.
As a young boy, Danny saw first hand what a servant's heart was by watching his parents live it out through the care they provided for Pops. Today, Trinity Home Health Care exemplifies that kind of compassionate care because "Our Heart Is To Serve" is not just the company's mantra, it shines through the care provided for the patients.
HOPE. CARE. COMPASSION
